Stat. tit. 74, § 74-594","heading":"Bonds for persons responsible for custody and control of","body":"special or nonstate funds.\n\nEach person employed by any department, institution, or agency\n\nof the State of Oklahoma whose duties include custody, supervision\n\nor control and authority to expend money from any canteen,\n\nrevolving, depository or special fund, whose revenue is derived from\n\nfunds other than state collected or appropriated funds, shall be\n\nrequired to furnish a corporate surety bond in the penal sum of One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00),\n\nas set by the person in charge of the institution, with a company\n\nqualified to do business in Oklahoma, to be approved as provided by\n\nlaw, to assure the faithful performance of his duties.
