Stat. tit. 74, § 74-603","heading":"Approval by Attorney General","body":"Except as to official bonds for which the Governor of the State\n\nof Oklahoma is the approving officer, no official bond executed on\n\nor after the effective date of this act may be accepted by any State\n\nofficer, board, commission, institution, or agency, until the said\n\nbond has been first approved as to form by the Attorney General of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma. All official bonds executed on and after the\n\neffective date of this act shall be transmitted to the Attorney\n\nGeneral, and if approved by him as to form shall be transmitted by\n\nhim to the office of the Secretary of State, who shall file the\n\nsame. The Attorney General shall notify the officer, board,\n\ncommission, institution, or agency transmitting said bond that the\n\nbond has been so approved.
