Stat. tit. 74, § 74-61.4","heading":"Legal counsel","body":"The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nshall employ an attorney and one assistant attorney to serve as\n\nlegal counsel for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nThe attorney and one assistant attorney shall be authorized to\n\nappear for and represent the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices in all litigation that may arise from the discharge of its\n\nduties, except as otherwise provided in this section, and shall\n\nadvise it upon all legal matters pertaining to the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services. The salary for the attorney and\n\nthe assistant attorney shall be fixed by the Director. Any\n\nlitigation concerning the Comprehensive Professional Risk Management\n\nProgram of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall be\n\nhandled by the Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma; provided,\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services may\n\nemploy private attorneys to handle any litigation which involves\n\nentities covered by the Comprehensive Professional Risk Management\n\nProgram which are not state agencies.
