Effective July 1, 1988, the following positions of the\n\nOffice of Public Affairs shall become subject to the provisions of\n\nthe Merit System of Personnel Administration:\n\n1. Accounting Division:\n\na. Accountant I;\n\n2. Administration Division:\n\na. Administrative Officer (for rental services),\n\nand\n\nb. Typist Clerk III;\n\n3. Central Purchasing Division:\n\na. Typist Clerk III;\n\n4. Data Processing Division:\n\na. Data Processing Programmer/Analyst;\n\n5. Building Management Division:\n\na. Custodial Worker (2),\n\nb. Typist Clerk III,\n\nc. Carpenter I,\n\nd. Secretary, and\n\ne. Clerk I;\n\n6. Construction and Properties Division:\n\na. Typist Clerk III, and\n\nb. Construction Technician (2); and\n\n7. Risk Management Division:\n\na. Executive Secretary II, and\n\nb. Administrative Assistant II.\n\nB. All incumbent employees subject to this section shall be\n\nclassified without regard to qualifications or examinations. Such\n\nemployees shall be granted status in the class of positions into\n\nwhich the employee's individual position has been allocated by the\n\nMerit System.\n\nC. All personnel transactions subsequent to June 30, 1988,\n\nshall be governed by and in compliance with the Oklahoma Personnel\n\nAct, Section 840.1 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and\n\nthe Merit System of Personnel Administration rules and regulations\n\nor any other applicable laws.\n\nD.
