All state agencies shall report to the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services the number of contract employees within its\n\nagency by July 1, 2026, and each year thereafter.\n\nB. Reports shall include the pay of each contract employee and\n\nthe conditions of each employee's contract.\n\nC. Reporting shall be made through existing payroll software.\n\nD.
