A Red River Boundary Commission is hereby re-created.\n\nB. The Commission shall consist of the following persons:\n\n1. The Governor or his or her designee;\n\n2. The Lieutenant Governor or his or her designee;\n\n3. The Attorney General or his or her designee;\n\n4. The President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate or\n\nhis or her designee; and\n\n5. The Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives or his\n\nor her designee.\n\nC. Members of the Commission shall serve without additional\n\ncompensation, each of whom may from time to time serve by and\n\nthrough a person designated by the member in writing for that\n\npurpose. Legislative members shall receive reimbursement from the\n\nhouse in which they serve pursuant to the provisions of Section 456\n\nof Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Other members of the\n\nCommission who are state employees shall receive reimbursement\n\npursuant to the State Travel Reimbursement Act from the funds of\n\ntheir employing agency.\n\nD.
