Stat. tit. 74, § 74-62.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"For purposes of the Oklahoma Surplus Property Act:\n\n1. \"Authorized entity\" means a political subdivision, school, a\n\nmultipurpose senior citizen center, as such term is defined in the\n\nfederal Older Americans Act of 1965, group or organization eligible\n\nto acquire surplus property from a surplus property program;\n\n2. \"Surplus property\" means items, commodities, materials,\n\nsupplies or equipment a state agency owns and determines to be\n\nexcess, obsolete, antiquated, unused or not needed;\n\n3. \"State agency\" means any state board, bureau, commission,\n\ndepartment, authority, public trust, interstate commission, the\n\nJudiciary, the Legislature, and the Office of the Governor;\n\n4. \"Office\" means the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices;\n\n5. \"Director\" means the Director of the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services;\n\n6. \"Surplus property program\" means programs the Director\n\nestablishes for the purchase, sale and disposal of surplus property;\n\n7. \"Sale\" means methods the Director uses to dispose of surplus\n\nproperty; and\n\n8. \"Minimal value\" or \"no value\" means surplus property that\n\nhas less value than the costs the Office may incur to sell, trade or\n\ndispose of the surplus property.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e7e361d08e5ecbbd6d3b1a8d45c852dceda313c2173ab22c1e0540c0988b3745","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-62.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-62.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
