Pursuant to rules promulgated by the Director of Central\n\nServices, proceeds from the sale of the surplus property shall be\n\ncredited to a special cash fund created by Section 62.5 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nB. Any surplus property determined by a state agency to have\n\nminimal or no value may be discarded or transferred to the\n\nDepartment pursuant to rules the Director promulgates.\n\nC. If the Department disposes of a vehicle or equipment\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma Surplus Property Act for a state agency,\n\nthe Department shall remit the proceeds from the sale, less a\n\nreasonable fee imposed by the Department for handling and\n\ndisposition, to the state agency.\n\nD.
