There is hereby created a special cash fund in the State\n\nTreasury for each state agency which requests that the Director\n\nsell, trade, or redistribute to other state agencies any surplus\n\nproperty.\n\nB. All proceeds received from such transaction, and the\n\nproceeds of any insurance claim arising from the loss by fire, theft\n\nor casualty of insured material, supplies, or equipment shall be\n\ndeposited in such special cash fund of such state agency and may be\n\nexpended for the purchase or replacement of materials, supplies, or\n\nequipment of such state agency and for the payment of the cost of\n\nconducting any such transaction.\n\nC.
