Stat. tit. 74, § 74-62.6","heading":"List of surplus property - Authorization to sell, trade","body":"or redistribute.\n\nA. 1. Each chief administrative officer of a state agency,\n\nexcept as otherwise provided by subsection B of this section, shall\n\nmaintain a current list of all surplus property held and disposed of\n\nby that state agency.\n\n2. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 3 of this\n\nsubsection, such list shall include the location where surplus\n\nproperty is maintained, purchase price, when sold and selling price,\n\nif transferred to which state agency or authorized entity, and if\n\notherwise disposed of, what manner of disposal.\n\n3. If any surplus property having minimal or no value is\n\ntransferred to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, any\n\nsuch list shall reflect that the surplus property had minimal or no\n\nvalue and was transferred to the Office for disposal.\n\nB. The Office is authorized to sell, trade or redistribute any\n\nsurplus property having minimal or no value separately or in bulk or\n\nmay properly dispose of such property as provided by law. Any costs\n\nincurred by the Office in the sale, trade, distribution or disposal\n\nof any surplus property having minimal or no value in excess of any\n\nmonies received for such surplus property may be chargeable against\n\nthe state agency transferring the surplus property to the Office.\n\nC.
