Stat. tit. 74, § 74-6204","heading":"Lease-purchase agreement authority - Funding","body":"The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall have the\n\nauthority to enter into a lease-purchase agreement for a period not\n\nto exceed twenty (20) years for the purposes of providing funding in\n\nthe amount of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) for additional\n\nrepairs, construction, and remediation to the land and improvements\n\nformerly known as the Hissom Memorial Treatment Center. The\n\nLegislature shall appropriate sufficient funds each year to the\n\nHissom Memorial Treatment Center Surplus Fund to satisfy the\n\nobligations under the lease-purchase agreement authorized pursuant\n\nto this section.
