Stat. tit. 74, § 74-63.1","heading":"Building and Facility Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury, a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the \"Building and Facility Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall consist of all operation and maintenance charges paid to\n\nthe Office by occupying agencies of the buildings operated and\n\nmaintained by the Office. Monies accruing to the fund may be\n\nexpended by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\noperation and maintenance of the facilities and expenses the Office\n\nincurs to support building and facilities operations.
