Stat. tit. 74, § 74-63.2","heading":"Asbestos Abatement Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Asbestos Abatement Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of any monies paid to the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for reimbursement of expenses for abatement of\n\nasbestos hazards. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services to perform the duties\n\nof the Asbestos Abatement Division of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services.
