Stat. tit. 74, § 74-63.4","heading":"State Surplus Auction petty cash fund","body":"There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services to be used for the State Surplus\n\nAuctions in the Property Reutilization Division.\n\nThe amount of the State Surplus Auction petty cash fund shall\n\nnot exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), and the initial\n\namount shall be drawn by warrant from the State Surplus Property\n\nRevolving Fund.
