When unnecessary duplication or redundancies add cost and\n\ninefficiency to routine processing systems, the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services (OMES) may approve an alternative process\n\nfor certain business operations, including but not limited to\n\naccounts payable and travel and expense control at academic health\n\ncenters that meet or exceed OMES requirements. OMES shall establish\n\nappropriate reporting as deemed necessary.\n\nB.
