Stat. tit. 74, § 74-669.1","heading":"Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all gifts and donations\n\ncontributed to support the work of the Oklahoma Commission on the\n\nStatus of Women. All monies accrued to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Director\n\nof the Office of Management and Enterprise Services on behalf of\n\nthe Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women for the purposes\n\nprescribed by the Legislature in creating the Commission.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3acb639aed23197c6b26958e2e20c91e1869c5ded7a87e6cf7708913cba63bd8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-669","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-691"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
