The purpose of the Oklahoma Ireland Trade Commission shall\n\nbe to advance, promote, and encourage business and other mutually\n\nbeneficial activities between Oklahoma and Ireland, including:\n\n1. Bilateral trade and investment;\n\n2. Joint action on policy issues of mutual interest;\n\n3. Business and academic exchanges;\n\n4. Mutual economic support;\n\n5. Mutual investment in the respective infrastructure; and\n\n6. Other opportunities for mutual benefit and economic growth\n\nas identified by the Commission.\n\nB. The Commission shall report its findings, activities,\n\nresults, and recommendations to the Governor, the Speaker of the\n\nOklahoma House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of\n\nthe Oklahoma State Senate within one (1) year of its initial meeting\n\nand by February 1st of each succeeding year for the activities of\n\nthe preceding calendar year. The report shall be in writing and may\n\ninclude recommendations or proposed legislation as deemed\n\nappropriate by the Commission to effectuate its purpose.\n\nC.
