Stat. tit. 74, § 74-7003","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma State Employee Charitable Contribution\n\nAct:\n\n1. “Federation” means a legally constituted grouping of at\n\nleast five health and social service agencies that are bound\n\ntogether to raise and distribute charitable contributions;\n\n2. “State presence” means a test to determine whether the\n\nagency actually provides service to people in the State of Oklahoma;\n\n3. “Local advisory review committee” means a group of state\n\nemployees in a facility or agency assisting in the local involvement\n\nof state employees in the campaign;\n\n4. “Principal combined fund raising organization” means the\n\norganization in the State of Oklahoma responsible for the charitable\n\ncontribution campaign; and\n\n5. “Oversight Committee for State Employee Charitable\n\nContributions” means a group of state employees responsible for\n\noverseeing at the state level the conducting of the State Charitable\n\nCampaign.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"17bb049164ee4d0f3fa005447fcc978361fde5740018fe95aeeaae9d6a46bcfe","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-7002","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-7004"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
