Stat. tit. 74, § 74-71","heading":"Taking of rebates by officer of Office of Management and","body":"Enterprise Services a felony.\n\nThe taking or receiving by any officer of said Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services of any rebate, percentage of\n\ncontract, money, or any other thing of value from any person, firm,\n\nor corporation offering, bidding for, or in the open market and\n\nseeking to make sales to said Office, shall be a Class C2 felony\n\noffense. Any officer of said Office convicted under this section\n\nshall be punished by a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), and by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
