Stat. tit. 74, § 74-75","heading":"Capitol Cafeteria Revolving Fund - Establishment - Use","body":"The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby\n\nauthorized to establish a revolving fund to be designated as the\n\n\"Capitol Cafeteria Revolving Fund\". The said fund may be used for\n\nthe operation of cafeterias and other food service in state\n\nbuildings in the State Capitol area and for acquisition of new\n\nequipment and furnishings and for maintenance, repair, and\n\nreplacement of existing equipment and furnishings used in connection\n\nwith the operation of such Capitol Cafeterias or food service. Said\n\nrevolving fund shall consist of all revenues accruing through the\n\noperation of said cafeterias or food service or paid as rental to\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services by any operator-\n\nlessee of such Capitol Cafeterias or food service facilities.\n\nExpenditures from said revolving fund shall be made pursuant to\n\ngeneral laws for the purposes set forth in this section.
