Stat. tit. 74, § 74-76","heading":"Mailing service - Interagency communications and deposit of","body":"state mail.\n\nThe Office of Management and Enterprise Services is authorized\n\nto initiate and operate a mailing service for the agencies and\n\ndepartments of the state located in Oklahoma City. The Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall promulgate\n\nand adopt such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary\n\nfor the efficient and economical operation of a clearinghouse for\n\ninteragency communications and for the deposit of the state's mail\n\nwith the United States Post Office. The Office shall have the\n\nauthority to employ such personnel and to purchase and acquire such\n\nequipment, materials, and supplies as may be necessary to carry out\n\nthe provisions of Sections 76 through 76b of this title. Every\n\nagency and department of the state located in Oklahoma City shall be\n\nrequired to participate in the mailing service, except the\n\nDepartment of Human Services, the Commission for Human Services, the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission, the University of Oklahoma Medical Center,\n\nthe Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, the Oklahoma\n\nLegislature, the Oklahoma Medical Center, and the State Department\n\nof Health located in the Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.\n\n1976 S.J.R.
