Stat. tit. 74, § 74-76a","heading":"Appropriations for mailing service - Statement of","body":"operations.\n\nAppropriations made to the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for the mailing service shall be used for the acquisition,\n\npurchase, lease, repair, and replacement of equipment needed in the\n\noperation of the mailing service, and may be used for the payment of\n\nsalaries, and in the purchase of necessary postage, materials and\n\nsupplies, and in the payments of the administrative expenses of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services in connection with the\n\noperation of the mailing service. At the end of each month the\n\nOffice shall furnish a statement, on such reasonable basis of pieces\n\nof mail and communications handled, as shall be established by the\n\nOffice, to all state agencies and departments to which the mailing\n\nservice has been furnished. All amounts collected shall be\n\ndeposited pursuant to Sections 76 through 76b of this title to the\n\ncredit of the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury. Any\n\nproceeds from the sale or disposition of any equipment or property\n\nused by the Office in the operation of the mailing service shall be\n\ndeposited to the credit of the State Treasury.\n\n1976 S.J.R.
