Stat. tit. 74, § 74-76c","heading":"Postal Services Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Postal Services Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for providing postal services. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended to provide postal and interagency mail\n\nservices and expenses the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices incurs to support postal services operations.
