The Office of Management and Enterprise Services through the\n\nFleet Management Division may enter into agreements with political\n\nsubdivisions of the state to lease alternative fuel vehicles and\n\nalternative fueling infrastructure constructed, installed or\n\nacquired by the Office and to transfer title to the vehicles and\n\ninfrastructure and any associated real property to the political\n\nsubdivision upon final payment of the obligations contained in the\n\nagreement.\n\nB. The maximum amount the Office may expend for the\n\nconstruction, installation or acquisition of an alternative fueling\n\ninfrastructure to be leased to a political subdivision of the state\n\nshall be the actual cost of the infrastructure or Five Hundred\n\nThousand Dollars ($500,000.00), whichever is less.\n\nC.
