Prior to October 1, 2005, each state agency that uses state\n\nvehicles shall submit to the Fleet Management Division, upon forms\n\ndeveloped by the Division, a report that contains the following\n\ninformation:\n\n1. The number of vehicles purchased or leased by the state\n\nagency with the VIN, mileage, and make, model, and year of each\n\nvehicle;\n\n2. The maintenance plans and records for the vehicles;\n\n3. The amount of use of each vehicle;\n\n4. The state agency policy for use of vehicles by employees for\n\ntravel to and from the residences of the employees;\n\n5. The type of markings on the vehicles and justifications for\n\nany exemptions from requirement that vehicles have markings;\n\n6. Fuel purchasing practices;\n\n7. Rotation of vehicles based on mileage; and\n\n8. Justification for any exemptions the state agency may have\n\nin the law relating to the purchase or lease of vehicles.\n\nB. Prior to December 1, 2005, the Fleet Management Division\n\nshall submit a report to the Task Force to Study the Fleet\n\nManagement Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices that contains the following information:\n\n1. A summarization of the data collected pursuant to subsection\n\nA of this section;\n\n2. Recommendations for legislation that would be beneficial to\n\nthe Division in implementing the Fleet Management Reform Act; and\n\n3.
