The 1921 Tulsa Race Riot Memorial of Reconciliation created\n\npursuant to the procedures set forth in Sections 8201.1 through 8204\n\nof Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes and all real property acquired\n\nand held for construction and operation of the Memorial, which is\n\nowned by the State of Oklahoma and developed and operated by the\n\nOklahoma Historical Society may be transferred to the City of Tulsa,\n\nOklahoma.\n\nB.
