There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Historical Society to be designated the \"1921\n\nTulsa Race Riot Centennial Memorial Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Historical\n\nSociety from appropriations, donations or any other source and\n\ndesignated for the purpose set forth in this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Historical Society for the\n\npurpose of commemoration of the centennial of the 1921 Tulsa Race\n\nRiot. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued\n\nby the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB.
