There shall be an Advisory Team for the Rural Action\n\nPartnership Program.\n\nB. The Advisory Team shall not have any direct control or\n\npolicy making authority with respect to the Rural Action Partnership\n\nProgram. The Rural Action Partnership Program shall be the\n\nresponsibility of the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Commerce.\n\nC. The Advisory Team shall consist of:\n\n1. The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCommerce or a designee;\n\n2. A person to be selected by action of the Board of Directors\n\nof Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma, Inc.;\n\n3. A person to be selected by action of the Board of Directors\n\nof the Oklahoma Association of Regional Councils;\n\n4. A person to be selected by the governing entity for the\n\nOklahoma Small Business Development Centers;\n\n5. A person to be selected by the Oklahoma Association of R.C.\n\nand D. Councils;\n\n6. A person to be designated by the Commissioner of the\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry;\n\n7. A person to be designated by the Governor’s Council of\n\nWorkforce and Economic Development;\n\n8. A person to be selected by the Board of the Oklahoma\n\nAlliance for Manufacturing Excellence;\n\n9. A person to be selected by the Oklahoma Department of Career\n\nand Technology Education;\n\n10. A person to be selected by the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education;\n\n11. A person to be selected by the Oklahoma Department of\n\nTransportation; and\n\n12. Three persons to be selected by the Governor to represent\n\nrural businesses and rural communities.\n\nD. For purposes of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, the Advisory\n\nTeam shall be deemed a public body, but shall be authorized to\n\nconduct its meetings by teleconference.\n\nE.
