If any part of this act is found to be in conflict with\n\nfederal requirements which are a condition precedent to the\n\nallocation of federal funds to the state, the conflicting part of\n\nthis act shall be inoperative solely to the extent of the conflict\n\nand with respect to the agencies directly affected, and such\n\nfindings shall not affect the operation of the remainder of this act\n\nin its application to the agencies concerned.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any provisions in this act to the contrary,\n\nno regulation shall be adopted which would deprive the state of\n\nfederal grants or other forms of financial assistance, and the rules\n\nand regulations promulgated hereunder shall include standards,\n\nprovisions, terms and conditions for personnel engaged in the\n\nadministration of federally aided programs, which shall, in all\n\nrespects, comply with the necessary requirements for a qualified\n\npersonnel system under the standards applicable to personnel engaged\n\nin the administration of federally aided programs.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a077d3a00e9cb9d4c630bef301071eff04499c6fcc71877e1f75dde576e4e67d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-840-1.14","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-840-1.17"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
