Stat. tit. 74, § 74-840-1.17","heading":"Agreements with municipalities to furnish services","body":"and facilities.\n\nThe Office may enter into agreement with any municipality or\n\npolitical subdivision of the state to furnish services and\n\nfacilities of the Office to the municipality or political\n\nsubdivision in the administration of its personnel on merit\n\nprinciples.
