Stat. tit. 74, § 74-840-1.20","heading":"Human Capital Management Revolving Fund - Petty cash","body":"\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the \"Human Capital Management Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of fees received by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for providing training for a certified public\n\nmanagers program and all other monies received by the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\ndefraying the costs incurred in performing the duties and functions\n\nof the Office. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. There is hereby created a petty cash fund not to exceed Two\n\nHundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services. The Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall prescribe the rules and procedures for the\n\nadministration of the petty cash fund.\n\nC. Any monies in or obligations against the Employee Benefits\n\nRevolving Fund and the Benefits Council Administration Revolving\n\nFund shall be transferred to the Human Capital Management Revolving\n\nFund. Funds previously designated for deposit into the Employee\n\nBenefits Revolving Fund and the Benefits Council Administration\n\nRevolving Fund shall be deposited into the Human Capital Management\n\nRevolving Fund.\n\nD. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby\n\ndirected to pay from the fund the costs of transcribing the record\n\nof any proceeding before the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices, which record may be designated by an indigent respondent,\n\nif such respondent first establishes indigent condition through\n\nexecution of an in forma pauperis affidavit upon a form approved by\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services; provided, that if\n\nthe indigent respondent has a financial recovery the fund shall be\n\nreimbursed from the proceeds.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"712fd71facd33d449a308467c5f37ec37e071eb55e0133cf29cb7bd1479609f0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-840-1.18","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-840-1.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
