State agencies shall provide or contract to provide, through\n\nthe State Employee Assistance Program, debriefing and counseling\n\nservices for state employees who are involved in, witness or are\n\notherwise exposed to a violent or traumatic event in the workplace.\n\nB. State employees who are affected by such events shall be\n\nencouraged to participate in debriefing or counseling services and\n\npaid administrative leave shall be provided. However, employees\n\nshall have the option to refuse services offered.\n\nC.
