The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall establish a Personnel Management Information System\n\nto provide various management reports to facilitate decision making\n\nwithin agencies, and to promote the efficient utilization of\n\npersonnel resources by providing a method for tracking, monitoring\n\nand reporting positions and employee transactions. The System shall\n\ninclude information on state service positions within the executive\n\nbranch of government, but shall not require institutions within The\n\nOklahoma State System of Higher Education to participate.\n\nB. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall promulgate rules regarding the Personnel Management\n\nInformation System as necessary to implement the provisions of this\n\nsection. Such rules shall establish a schedule to ensure the\n\norderly implementation of such Personnel Management Information\n\nSystem.\n\nC. State agencies shall assist the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services as necessary to ensure the orderly completion of\n\nimplementation as provided for in this section.\n\nD.
