Stat. tit. 74, § 74-840-2.15B","heading":"State employee compensation program","body":"The state employee compensation program is designed to attract,\n\nretain and reward quality employees with competitive total\n\ncompensation based on relevant labor markets. The compensation\n\nprogram will establish pay structures with a goal of working toward\n\nthe recommendations of the 2013 State Employee Total Remuneration\n\nStudy. The compensation program will reinforce a productive work\n\nclimate and culture of accountability and make the State of Oklahoma\n\nan employer of choice. Pay structures will be implemented with\n\nfairness and equity. Pay delivery mechanisms will be based on a\n\ncombination of the achievement of performance objectives,\n\nrecognition of differences in job content, acquisition and\n\napplication of further skill and education.
