Stat. tit. 74, § 74-840-2.16","heading":"Minimum annualized salary","body":"Except as otherwise provided by law, any employee of the state,\n\nexcluding members of boards and commissions, institutions under the\n\nadministrative authority of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation, employees of public school districts and elected\n\nofficials, on July 1 of each year, earning less than the amount\n\nestablished in the Federal Poverty Guidelines for a three-person\n\nhousehold, issued each year in the Federal Register by the United\n\nStates Department of Health and Human Services, shall receive the\n\nnecessary grade or salary adjustment to provide for a minimum\n\nannualized salary equal to the amount established in the Federal\n\nPoverty Guidelines for a three-person household, issued each year in\n\nthe Federal Register by the United States Department of Health and\n\nHuman Services. Any employee of the state, excluding members of\n\nboards and commissions, institutions under the administrative\n\nauthority of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education,\n\nemployees of public school districts and elected officials, employed\n\nafter July 1, 2007, shall receive a minimum annualized salary equal\n\nto the amount established in the Federal Poverty Guidelines for a\n\nthree-person household, issued each year in the Federal Register by\n\nthe United States Department of Health and Human Services.
