Each agency, as defined by Section 840-1.3 of this title,\n\nshall provide a written notice to any employee of such agency who\n\nwill be furloughed by the agency at least thirty (30) days prior to\n\nthe first date that the furlough period is scheduled to begin. The\n\nnotice shall provide information about the anticipated first date of\n\nthe furlough period and an estimate of the duration of the furlough\n\nor the day or days during which the furlough will be in effect.\n\nB. The furlough notice shall be provided to the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services and any state employee\n\nassociation representing state employees at such time.\n\nC.
