Stat. tit. 74, § 74-840-2.22","heading":"Family and medical leave","body":"The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nshall promulgate emergency and permanent leave rules as necessary to\n\nimplement the federal Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 and rules\n\nthereto.
