A state agency may enter into a contract with any federally\n\nrecognized tribe or Indian Nation for the purpose of leasing one or\n\nmore of its employees as follows:\n\n1. The Indian Tribe or Nation has purchased real property from\n\nthe state; and\n\n2. The employee or employees were employed by the agency at the\n\nsite of the purchased real property.\n\nB.
