Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.22A","heading":"Agreement or collusion on bids — Penalties","body":"Any agreement or collusion among bidders or prospective bidders\n\nin restraint of freedom of competition by agreement to bid at a\n\nfixed price or to refrain from bidding for any purpose or by any\n\nmanner prohibited in Section 2 of this act shall render the bids of\n\nsuch bidders void. Any agreement or collusion among state officers\n\nor employees and bidders or prospective bidders intended to create a\n\nsole-source acquisition in contradiction to Section 85.44D.1 of\n\nTitle 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes or to give a bidder or prospective\n\nbidder a competitive advantage, for any purpose or by any manner\n\nprohibited in Section 2 of this act, whether or not in exchange for\n\nanything of value, shall render the bids of such bidders void.\n\nPersons willfully violating this section shall, upon conviction, be\n\nguilty of a felony.
