There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the \"Registration of State Vendors Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall consist of any monies received from fees collected in\n\naccordance with subsection B of this section. The revolving fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, without legislative appropriation, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall be under the control\n\nand management of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nExpenditures from the Registration of State Vendors Revolving Fund\n\nshall be budgeted and expended pursuant to the laws of the state and\n\nthe statutes relating to public finance. The fund shall be used to\n\ndefray the costs of the Purchasing Division. Warrants for\n\nexpenditures from the fund shall be drawn by the State Treasurer,\n\nbased on claims signed by an authorized employee or employees of the\n\nOffice, and approved for payment by the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services.\n\nB. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services may collect\n\na fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) to register suppliers that\n\ndesire to do business with this state through the Purchasing\n\nDivision. The suppliers shall register separately for each\n\ncommodity list. Each registration shall entitle the supplier to be\n\non that list for one (1) year, to receive all bid notices in that\n\nclassification for that period.
