Each state agency shall develop internal purchasing\n\nprocedures for acquisitions by the state agency. Procedures shall,\n\nat a minimum, include provisions for the state agency's needs\n\nassessment, funding, routing, review, audits, monitoring and\n\nevaluations. Following development, the state agency shall submit\n\nthe procedures to the State Purchasing Director for approval.\n\n2. The State Purchasing Director shall review the procedures\n\nsubmitted pursuant to paragraph 1 of this subsection to determine\n\ncompliance with the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act, rules\n\npromulgated pursuant thereto, Sections 3001 through 3010 of this\n\ntitle and provisions of paragraph 1 of this subsection. The State\n\nPurchasing Director shall notify the state agency that the\n\nprocedures are in compliance or indicate revisions necessary to\n\nbring the procedures into compliance.\n\nB. A state agency shall not make acquisitions exceeding the\n\nfair and reasonable acquisition threshold amount, unless the State\n\nPurchasing Director provides notice of compliance.\n\nC.
