Each chief administrative officer of a state agency shall\n\nsubmit to the State Purchasing Director by November 1 of each year a\n\nreport listing all acquisitions exceeding the agency's acquisition\n\nthreshold amount for the preceding fiscal year and identify the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. Professional services contracts;\n\n2. Nonprofessional services contracts;\n\n3. Sole source and sole brand acquisitions; and\n\n4. Contracts for the leasing of personal property other than a\n\nlease acquisition utilizing a statewide contract.\n\nB. The report shall contain:\n\n1. The name of the supplier;\n\n2. A description of each acquisition;\n\n3. The purchase price of the acquisition; and\n\n4. The total amount expended to date for the preceding fiscal\n\nyear for the acquisition.\n\nC. The state agency shall additionally submit the report to the\n\nState Auditor and Inspector and, upon request, to any member of the\n\nAppropriations and Budget Committee of the House of Representatives\n\nor Appropriations Committee of the Senate.\n\nD.
