Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.45g","heading":"Assignment of contracts","body":"If a minority business enterprise is awarded a contract by this\n\nstate pursuant to the Oklahoma Minority Business Enterprise\n\nAssistance Act, said business shall not assign the rights of the\n\ncontract to any other business without prior written approval of the\n\nState Purchasing Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices verifying that such business is also a minority business\n\nenterprise certified as such by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services.
