Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.45q","heading":"Definitions","body":"\n\nAs used in the Oklahoma Online Bidding Act:\n\n1. \"Construction\" shall be defined as provided by Section 202\n\nof Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes for online bids subject to the\n\nPublic Facilities Act;\n\n2. \"Procurement\" means buying, purchasing, renting, leasing, or\n\notherwise acquiring any goods, services, construction, or\n\ninformation services. The term also means all functions that\n\npertain to the obtaining of any goods, services, construction, or\n\ninformation services including, but not limited to, the description\n\nof requirements, selection, and solicitation of sources,\n\nnegotiation, preparation and award of contracts, and all phases of\n\ncontract administration;\n\n3. \"State agencies\" or \"agencies\" shall be defined as state\n\nagency is defined in Section 85.2 of this title for online bids\n\nsubject to the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act or as defined by\n\nSection 202 of Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes for online bids\n\nsubject to the Public Facilities Act;\n\n4. \"Online bidding\" means an electronic procurement process in\n\nwhich state agencies receive bids over the Internet in a real-time,\n\ncompetitive bidding event; and\n\n5. \"Solicitation\" shall be defined as provided in Section 85.2\n\nof this title.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0bd74085251cc88914a5174abf834bdbf9a656e33e7bbb35d24e3226c18b0397","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-85.45p","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-85.45r"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
