Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.47b","heading":"Administrator - Powers and duties","body":"The Administrator shall be authorized to:\n\n1. Use the services of other governmental agencies and public\n\ntrusts which are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act;\n\n2. Contract for and accept, for use in carrying out the\n\nprovisions of this program, loans and grants from the federal\n\ngovernment and any of its agencies and instrumentalities and from\n\npublic trusts;\n\n3. Acquire, manage, operate, dispose of, or otherwise deal with\n\nproperty, take assignments of rentals and leases, and make\n\ncontracts, leases, agreements and arrangements that are necessary or\n\nincidental to the performance of his duties;\n\n4. Prescribe or approve the form of and terms and conditions in\n\napplications, guarantee agreements or any other documents entered\n\ninto by the Administrator, principals or sureties in connection with\n\nthe program;\n\n5. Acquire or take assignments of documents executed, obtained\n\nor delivered in connection with any assistance provided under this\n\nprogram; and\n\n6.
