There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program to be\n\ndesignated the \"Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall consist of:\n\n1. Premiums, fees, and any other amounts received with respect\n\nto bonding assistance provided under this program;\n\n2. Proceeds from the sale, lease, or other disposition of\n\nproperty or contracts held or acquired by the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services pursuant to this program;\n\n3. Income from investments that the State Treasurer makes from\n\nmonies in the fund; and\n\n4. Any other monies made available under this program.\n\nB. The fund shall be used:\n\n1. For the purposes provided for in this program; and\n\n2. To pay part or all of the expenses of administering the\n\nprogram.\n\nC. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund shall be\n\ndeposited with the State Treasurer and invested and reinvested in\n\nthe same manner as other state funds, and any investment earnings\n\nshall be paid into the fund. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nfor the purposes provided in subsection B of this section.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"74fd95bc1b476a593a5c4c34f455b2a6122141d18502257bca2c1cc9a7945f7b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-85.47b","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-85.47d"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
