The\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is\n\nauthorized to hire a Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program\n\nAdministrator to administer the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty\n\nProgram. The Administrator shall hold a bachelor's degree or higher\n\ndegree in business, accounting, mathematics, economics or\n\nengineering and shall have previous experience as a surety\n\nunderwriter.
