A person shall not knowingly make or cause any false\n\nstatement or report to be made in any application or in any document\n\nfurnished to the Administrator.\n\nB. A person shall not knowingly make or cause any false\n\nstatement or report to be made for the purpose of influencing the\n\naction of the Administrator on an application for assistance or for\n\nthe purpose of influencing any action of the Administrator affecting\n\nbonding assistance whether or not such assistance may have already\n\nbeen extended.\n\nC.
