Privatization Projects.\n\nThe Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall establish\n\na repository of the best privatization practices, have expertise to\n\nselect projects or services for privatization, be capable of rapid\n\nevaluation and response to privatization proposals and have the\n\nability to oversee the contracting for privatization opportunities.\n\nB.
