Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.51","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma State Recycling and Recycled Materials\n\nProcurement Act:\n\n1. \" Office\" means the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices;\n\n2. \"Paper recycling\" means the processing of scrap paper or\n\nother such recoverable waste paper into reusable products. Such\n\ncollection and recycling of recoverable waste paper shall be done in\n\nan environmentally acceptable manner;\n\n3. \"State public entity\" means the State Legislature, any\n\nbureau, agency, board, commission, or authority of the state, the\n\noffice of the Governor, the judiciary, or any state university,\n\nschool district, or county of the state which is supported in whole\n\nor in part by state funds;\n\n4. \"Recoverable waste paper\" generated by businesses or\n\nconsumers, which has served its intended use and has been separated\n\nfrom solid waste for purposes of collection and recycling, shall\n\ninclude, but is not limited to, such paper as computer cards,\n\ncomputer print-out papers, copy paper, white office papers, colored\n\noffice papers, corrugated boxes, newspapers, envelope coatings,\n\nbindery trimmings, printing scrap and butt rolls. Mill broke\n\nrepulped internally within a paper manufacturing facility shall not\n\nbe considered recoverable waste paper;\n\n5. \"Director\" means the Director of the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services;\n\n6. \"Division\" means the Purchasing Division of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services;\n\n7. \"Recycled paper products\" means all paper products\n\nmanufactured from recoverable waste paper with not less than ten\n\npercent (10%) of their total weight consisting of waste paper.\n\n8. \"Products manufactured with recycled materials\" means\n\nproducts that contain at least a minimum percentage of specified\n\nmaterials recovered from the recycling of post-consumer products as\n\ndefined in rules and regulations promulgated by the Division;\n\n9. \"Recyclable materials\" means materials or products which are\n\ncapable of being recycled, including but not limited to paper,\n\nglass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, and batteries.
